Policy Information

Admission Refund Policy: Refund requests must be made in writing and postmarked, faxed, or emailed by the 2 week cut off date (which is 2 weeks prior to your reunion date) and will not be honored after such date.  It is the responsibility of the alum to confirm that their refund request has been received by AEWC.  A $10.00 per person cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds.  If you registered on-line any credit card fees charged by the credit card company will not be refunded.

Memorabilia Refund Policy: Memorabilia items (class memory book & group photo) are non-refundable.

Emergency Postponement/ Refund Policy: In cases of natural disaster, national emergency or other uncontrollable acts of God, An Event with Class reserves the right to cancel and/ or postpone a scheduled reunion.  An Event with Class will make every reasonable effort to assure that all pre-paid alumni are notified of any changes.  An Event with Class is not responsible for for any personal expenses incurred due to event cancellations or changes.  Should the reunion be postponed, existing admission payments will be applied to the reschedule date.  Alumni will also have the option of requesting a refund governed by our Admission Refund Policy (see above) at the time the rescheduled date is announced.  An Event with Class recognizes that extenuating circumstances may prevent some alumni from attending the reunion should the reunion ultimately take place on the scheduled date.  An Event with Class will work to resolve these situations on a case-by-case basis, as long as notice is provided to An Event with Class within a reasonable time.

Privacy Policy: An Event with Class is sensitive to privacy issues.  Information such as your name and address and other contact information will be used for the purposes of planning your reunion.  We will use this information to contact or send materials to you for marketing purposes, your class phone-a-thon,  and to post in your class memory book (unless otherwise instructed).  We will take commercially responsible steps to safeguard your information from unauthorized access.
