Kansas area.
How
do you arrive at a reunion price?
A
great deal of work goes into such an event.
In addition to obvious things such as finding the facility and planning
the food and music, there are other “hard” costs such as the alumni search,
long distance phone calls, invitations, postage, decorations, staffing, name
tags, registration, accounting procedures, miscellaneous supplies and other
costs.
We
at An Event with
Class
take a consultative approach to set appropriate expectations with the committee
based on class size, the facility desired, the menu, special requests, etc.
We then offer at least 3 formal bids with multiple locations and pricing
structures. After discussing the pro’s and cons of each proposal with
your committee, they ultimately will choose the package you see offered on your
invitation.

understand that pricing too high ultimately hurts turnout.
We at An
Event with Class
firmly believe that the lower the ticket price, the better the attendance.
However, your committee will make the final decision.
Can
I pay at the door?
Yes,
however there will be a service fee of $5.00 per person added at the door.
Also keep in mind that we accept CASH only at the door.
What
is the deadline for registering?
To reserve a
ticket and dinner, you can pay by check, money order, or credit card up until 2 weeks before
the reunion. It is necessary that
we give the hotel/banquet facility an accurate count for dinners required at
that time. You can call An Event with Class to make a
verbal reservation if you miss the deadline, however, availability of dinners
may be limited if you delay in making a reservation.
If you arrive at the reunion without having made a reservation, there
will be a service fee of $5.00 added per person to the ticket price.
Can
I purchase a Memory Book or Group Photo the night of the reunion?
Yes,
if you decide to wait you may purchase both a Memory Book and/or a Group Photo
at the reunion. However, if we run
out of Memory Books there will be an additional fee added for mailing and
additional printing charges.
What
forms of payment do you accept?
We currently
accept checks and money orders for mail in pre-registration, or you can register
on-line and use a credit card. However, if you decide to pay the evening of the reunion we accept
CASH
only at the door.
